His real name is Harry Spear, and he is accompanied by his mother, Mr. C. B. Ludwig, General representative, Harry Eeiver(sic), pianist and Dorothy Myers, his tutor.
He is nine years of age and has all the desires and ambitions of his age. He was particularly interested in the river and especially wanted to ride across in a boat.
In his visit here, he had much to tell and was somewhat worried about his menagerie back in California, which he said contained eleven water turtles, two water knutes, one desert turtle, which he had named "Sukey," a canary, rabbit and lizard that had been given him by Tom Mix and "Billy," his pet dog which accompanied him on the trip. His mother laughingly remarked that she hoped no one would get him an elephant.
When asked who his favorite of all movie actors was, his reply came quick that Buck Jones stood out with him. He had worked with Buck in one of his pictures and had been captured by his "he-man" style.
He possesses all the inquisitiveness of a youth of his age and when he left the office he was in complete possession of all the information it was possible to impart.
He is giving three performances at the Masonic Theater today.
